These tutorials take you for a tour of Photoshop's powerful tool set.  You won't be bothered with details you don't need to know at the moment, as you have lots of time to learn those as you advance.  By the time you complete this book, you will have a working knowledge of the tools and functions that Photoshop provides, which are pertinent to digital photography.

This course assumes that you have a working knowledge of your operating system.  Although the PC version of Photoshop is used in all the examples, the Mac version  is almost identical, with the exception of a few platform-specific keyboard shortcuts.

The online version includes the 1st chapter - Concepts - explaining Photoshop interface and the basic work principles, as well as several related pages from other parts of the book.
