As Simple As Photoshop > Tools > Delete Anchor Point Tool

Delete Anchor Point Tool delete anchors and reshapes existing vector shapes / paths (shape outlines):
  • In the Toolbox, select the Delete Anchor Point Tool.
  • Click on an anchor point to delete it.
  • Click and drag to delete anchor point and reshape line.
  • Drag direction pont (lever) to reshape line.
