Paint Shop Pro tracks all the changes from the time you opened your image to the moment you close it. This feature allows you to go back in time to any particular state of the edited image.
1. Open an image to your choice and have some fun spoiling
it as badly as you can.
2. Display the History palette (View > Palettes > History).
Every step you made is stored there as a separate line.
3. As a rule, for navigating
the recent history we use keyboard shortcuts. To undo one or more commands, press [Ctrl+Z] one or more times; to move forward in your history, press [Alt+Ctrl+Z].
4. For the longer tours in time we use the History palette. Click the eye pictogram to undo all the commands beginning from the selected step.
5. To redo a range of commands click the eye of an undone command.
6. Moreover, we can manage commands selectively, without affecting the later history events! Just select a command line and click undo or redo button at the top of the palette.
7. To revert your image to the last saved state and clear command history, pull down File > Revert.
