Once a created path is deactivated, you can neither use nor even see it unless you select it again.
Since Photoshop Elements hasn't a Paths palette, you accomplish this as follows:
- Open the "Paths" dialog.
- Click an item in the Paths list.
The screenshot exemplifies selecting a path named "Path 2" (flower-shaped).
NB Selecting two or more paths simultaneously is not possible.
